Scottish print materials

Our Scottish print materials are located on the first floor of the library starting in bookstack 20 and all have a classmark starting with JE.

We hold The Laws of Scotland: Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia, introductory texts such as Understanding Scot's Law by Ashton, Legal Research Skills for Scots Lawyers by Fullerton and more specific texts such as Black's Woolman on Contract and Griffiths' Family Law.

Our Scottish journals collection includes the Scots Law Times, Scottish Criminal Law, Juridical Review and the Edinburgh Law Review.

The Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals is a multilingual index of foreign, comparative and international law journals. Access is via HeinOnline (University sign-in required).
