Are you bringing a partner and/or children with you to Cambridge? Bringing a family to Cambridge is incredibly common, and can necessitate a slightly different approach to the process of college selection, accommodation selection and timetable management. 

If you're a parent student, the Childcare Office is a great place to learn about the support available at the University. The Office oversees the facilities and assistance offered to University staff and students with children. In total, the Office offers four Workplace Nurseries situated at Edwinstowe Close, West Cambridge, Eddington and the Chris Abell Nursery for children from three months to school age. 

In addition, you might find it helpful to know that each college in Cambridge has a designated childcare support point of contact which provides information on the type of financial support available to student parents.
