Meet Lizzie: 3 things I can help with: Reference managers, e-resource access, funders’ open access / open data requirements. 1 Fun Fact: One of my hobbies is morris dancing – yes, the bell-jingling, hanky-waving, stick-clashing English tradition. I dance with the University’s Cotswold morris group, Granta Blue Morris and my local group, Ely and Littleport Riot.

Meet River: 3 things I can help students with: Literature searching, managing your data, designing conference posters 1 fun fact: I once appeared as a floating head in a Spanish-language documentary programme about Cambridge life.

Meet John: 3 things I can help students with: Finding stuff, building a social media presence, document delivery 1 fun fact: Once scored a 30-yard wonder goal in a football match against a team featuring a snooker world champion, a boxing world champion and the singer from Spandau Ballet

Meet Sian: 3 things I can help students with: reader enquiries, document delivery, reading list questions. 1 fun fact: I enjoy crime fiction, drinking tea, playing the violin and harp badly and I have sailed across the Pacific Ocean in a 33ft yacht.

Meet Emily: 3 things I can help with: Answering reader enquiries, developing and teaching Information Literacy skills and thinking ‘outside the box’, when it comes to library services. 1 Fun Fact: (It’s kind of 2 really) I am equally obsessed with elephants and Percy Pig sweets. Elephant related items are everywhere at home, and I am never without a bag of Percy Pigs in my bag; I even had a Percy Pig advent calendar at Christmas.

Meet Nicholas: 3 things I can help with: LaTeX/BibTeX, cataloguing/classification, answering reader enquiries. 1 fun fact: In my spare time I enjoy rowing, reading, photography and outdoor swimming. One current project is teaching myself to play the clavichord having previously been unable to play anything more complicated than the recorder.

Meet Helen: 3 things I can help with: Moodle, reading Lists/book orders, answering enquires/hunting for information. 1 fun fact: I not certain whether this could be called a fun fact, but I am very slightly obsessed with exercise and work out every day without fail – favourites are swimming, running and power yoga/pilates.

Meet Inna: 3 things I can help with: Answering reader queries, processing and cataloguing books, promoting electronic resources. 1 fun fact: (I enjoy photography, reading, cinema, swimming and driving.) I am not a great cook, and once I prepared chicken whilst believing it to be a big fish.
