If you need to access books, journals, articles or papers, there are ways you can get hold of them. Please remember that you will be borrowing according to the rules of the lending library so you should always check the relevant library website as the rules may differ across libraries.
Our Scan and Deliver service allows current staff and students (including ICE staff and students, and NHS partners) to request an individual scanned copy of one chapter (or 5%) of a monograph or one article per issue of a journal from collections held by Cambridge University Libraries, subject to relevant conservation approval and copyright permissions. This service can also be used to request print-outs of electronic legal deposit material.
If you need journal articles, conference papers, books, reports or other items that cannot be found via the University of Cambridge libraries, we can attempt to obtain an inter-library loan from an alternate source via digital download or hard copy.
For more information and to request an Inter-Library Loan, please click the ILL Online Form graphic here or head over to the Cambridge University Library's Inter-Library Loan Online Form.
