Find out more about our library services, facilities and resources
These pages contain advice, guidance and content designed to enable and support library staff at the University of Cambridge in developing and delivering services that are as accessible and inclusive as possible.
The sections within the guide focus on providing services that support the needs of disabled library users, but also emphasise the value that an inclusive approach to service design and delivery can have for all library users.
The toolkit was initially developed as an output of the Futurelib 'Developing the Accessibility and Inclusivity and Cambridge Library Services' project, which focused on identifying opportunities to increase the accessibility and inclusivity of Cambridge library services. It is now maintained by the Cambridge University Libraries Accessibility Service.
If you think there is anything further that should be added to this toolkit please contact disability@lib.cam.ac.uk.
