Overview

Pathology at Cambridge focuses its research on the following mission: "To determine the causes, analyse the effects, and develop means for the early detection and improved management of diseases of medical and social importance."

The Department of Pathology provides teaching in all three years of the undergraduate curriculum both for the Natural Sciences Tripos and the pre-clinical courses in the Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos. It also provides teaching in a fourth year Graduate Clinical course in Medicine.

Online Support During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

Our Library Team, Biological Sciences Libraries, are offering online 1-2-1 support using Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. To request this please use our online form. We are able to provide you with guidance on finding online resources effectively, including database searching, ebooks and Open Access resources.

Some publishers are providing access to additional resources during the COVID-19 outbreak and a live list of what is available is being collated and updated regularly.
