Generally speaking, PhD students are expected to submit their project four years from the admission date if they are a full-time student, or seven years if they are a part-time student.
Once your account is set up, you will find full details for your submission date under "Thesis Submission Details" on the academic tile in your CamSIS self-service. Failure to submit your thesis or dissertation by your submission date without an approved extension will result in your being temporarily withdrawn from your study. In this event, you will be able to apply for reinstatement when your thesis/dissertation is ready for submission for examination, but not to continue your studies.
Find more on the "Withdrawal from Study" section on the University Website.
