What happens after I have placed my request?

Do I receive an automated email upon submission?

No. You will not receive an automated email to say your request has been accepted.

Do I receive an automated email when my item is ready?

Yes. You will receive an email asking you to choose your login route to access the download.

What should I do if my request cannot be supplied?

You will receive an automated email if the item cannot be supplied.

Option 1:

Check that the information you supplied was complete and there were no incorrect fields and re-submit the request if there were fields missing

Option 2:

You can submit your request through Inter Library Loans.  We have supplied you with quick access URL for you at the bottom of the rejection notification.
