Cambridge libraries: accessibility & disability

A guide to library accessibility services for students

Cambridge University Libraries Accessibility Service

The Cambridge University Libraries Accessibility Service team is working from home during the current COVID-19 pandemic, but you can email us at disability@lib.cam.ac.uk. We will try to help with reasonable requests related to libraries and accessibility. In some cases this will involve liaising with other members of staff in the library network if this is necessary to support you. We will ask you first if you are happy for us to contact others.

Faculty, departmental and college libraries

You might prefer, or it might make sense, to contact your faculty/departmental or college library with some accessibility requests. Staff in these libraries may need to liaise with the Accessibility Service to discuss or resolve some issues, but will check with you first before passing on your personal information. You can find contact details for all Cambridge libraries on the Cambridge Libraries Directory.
